We have the expectation that your new Miniature Schnauzer is free from genetic abnormalities; but just like every family there is health in the history. These puppies do carry the genetics for not dropping one of the testicles (so in breeding the male puppies may have to be fixed, if only one drops, in order to prevent cancer). Our dogs have a beautiful and kinesiologically sound structure, a silky coat of hair and good temperment.
Health Guarantee:
As sellers we certify that your puppy has received veterinary care and begun vaccinations and is in good health. Should you need to fly your puppy we will have a vet checkup within three days of the flight so that your pet has the proper paperwork to fly.
We may choose to contact your veterinarian if you have to return your puppy or your puppy dies from genetic complications.
Your puppy replacement, male or female of equal or lesser value of your choosing, will be given at no charge (except in the case of needing to pay for extra transportation).This is only if the puppy is returned to us (the seller) within 48 hours of finding and diagnosing the puppy being ill. It must meet specifications in order for a full exchange.
Exceptions for the health guarantee:
If you keep your dog away from sick dogs and/or other animals’ feces and feed your dog a well balanced diet with adequate exercise the following are preventable.
- Surgery complications in the fault of the physician (not to do with anyone except the physician, really, and they should be at liability for complications leading to death.)
- Coccidiosis

- You may only return a spayed or neutered pet to have it rehomed and not for an exchange.

Adopter requirements
The following are all at your expense. You must get a health checkup with your veterinarian within 72 hours of picking up your puppy from the airport or from our home. You do not need to notify us; but you do need to keep a copy for any possible future claims on the guarantee.
Ensure that your puppy has veterinary care as needed (checkups, deworming, heart-worm, and the continuation of vaccination series we began. The adopter is responsible for further boosters, vaccinations and rabies shots.
You new puppy pal needs to have an availability to a water source at all times and adequate food three times a day. You are expected to allow your new puppy to live in an environment conducive to the health of such a small breed. Extreme weather conditions can be very hazardous for more than a potty break (and sometimes a piddle pad would be best in the dead of winter).
If in the 72 hour post pickup veterinarian checkup your puppy presents an infectious disease or rare genetic defect, you must provide personally and professionally signed documentation and then return the puppy at your (adopter’s) expense. The guarantee will be credited toward a new puppy at the same or lesser value. We offer zero cash refunds.
To neglect any of these requirements is to void the health guarantee.
Should anything traumatic happen:
If you are put in a position that you can no longer take care of your puppy we expect that you are under duress. That is not a good place to be when you are trying to rehome a puppy into a forever home. We have experience finding the right home for dogs and puppies and reserve the right to rehome your dog. It is strictly prohibited that you take your dog to a shelter. That is a place to get sickness and possibly go to abusive homes. Neither you or we want that and so we will gladly take your dog, though hopefully the need will never arise, and rehome it for you.
A security deposit of 50% down is required to reserve your specific puppy. Price fluctuations may occur due to puppy sizing and will only be fixed when your deposit is paid. We accept cash, paypal, venmo, debit or credit. We will accept a check for the deposit; but it will have to be paid 4 weeks prior to picking up your puppy. We do not accept checks for final payment.
